This website has been created especially for women in their 50s, 60s and 70s who want to feel strong, steady and confident in their bodies — without being pushed into workouts that don’t feel right anymore.
If you’ve ever felt unsure about what exercises are safe, worried about hurting yourself, or simply felt that fitness advice no longer seems to fit your body, you are not alone. Many women reach this stage of life and feel like they’re expected to either keep up with younger workouts or quietly slow down. Neither option feels quite right.
That’s exactly why this space exists.

As we get older, our bodies naturally lose muscle and bone density, and balance can become more challenging. This isn’t something to be feared, but it is something that needs to be supported properly.

A Little About Cherry
Cherry Baker is 63 years fabulous and has been in the fitness industry for over 50 years. From running track and bodybuilding, to teaching and competing in aerobics, training as a Clinical Pilates instructor and becoming a Clinical Pilates teacher trainer, movement has always been a part of her life.
Now, Cherry brings all of that experience from her front room to yours, helping women build strength with weights in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
Her approach is simple: train smart, move well, and build strength in a way that supports you for the long term.
