Is this suitable if I haven’t exercised in a long time?
Yes. The programmes are designed with beginners in mind and focus on safe, controlled movements. Exercises can be adapted to suit your current fitness level, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace.
Is strength training safe for women in their 50s, 60s and 70s?
When taught properly, strength training is one of the best things you can do to support joint health, balance, bone strength and overall confidence in movement. All exercises are demonstrated with good form and safety in mind.
Do I need any equipment?
You can start with the basics of a resistance bands and two dumbbells (what weights feels ok for you to start with will be individual) if you are new to exercise, we suggest starting with 2 x 2 Kg.

How often should I train?
It depends upon you and your time.
One class week is good. Two a week is better. Three a week is best!
We suggest you don’t do your weights on consecutive days. So you may do say Mon, Weds & Fri, or Tues, Thurs & Sat.
How long are the workouts?
Workouts are typically around 45 minutes, however there will be some extra 15 and 20 minute workouts too. Making them easy to fit into your day without feeling overwhelming.
Can I do the workouts at home?
Yes. All programmes are suitable for home training. You just need enough space to move safely and comfortably.
What if I have joint pain or previous injuries?
Many women join because they are worried about joint pain or past injuries. While this programme is not medical treatment, exercises are designed to be joint-friendly and aid joint health and strength by focusing on proper technique. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before starting.
How do I access the workouts after I join?
Once you join and set up your account you can login via the login page. This will allow you access to the the Members Area on the website, where you will find your videos in labled categories at the bottom of the page. From there, you can view your programmes and weekly workouts anytime, on any device.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. You can manage your membership and billing through your account area at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
Is this suitable during menopause or post-menopause?
Yes. Strength training is highly recommended during and after menopause to help support muscle mass, bone health and overall wellbeing. The programmes are designed with these changes in mind. I’m nervous about starting — is that normal?
Completely. Many women feel unsure when returning to exercise or trying something new. The programmes are designed to build confidence gradually, we encourage you to go at your own pace.
