These workouts are for those that have been training with us for a while and feel ready for that extra push. Please note Cherry may use less technical language as you should have built this knowledge via the beginners program and the improvers sessions. So please ensure you have done an adequate amount of the improvers and feel experienced enough with the exercises and techniques to participate in these sessions.
