April Challenge

I am travelling for the next two weeks so have put together a 2 week challenge. Lives will return once I have arrived at my destination starting Monday 27th for the Experienced group and 29th for Improvers. There will be two 30min weights classes and one 25min Tabata (very similar to HITT). There a 3 plans for you to choose from, so you can choose one that best suits you, your ability and your time. Don’t be disheartened if you’re unable to do this at 100%, giving it a go is what’s most important!

This group is about strength and future proofing you! However if you are are aiming to have some weight loss then combine this with healthy eating and you will see results. Perhaps make yourself a plan to be accountable! PS – this will stay on the website so if this time frame doesn’t work for you, you can still do the challenge in your own time. Who’s up for it and which plan suits you?

The challenge

Plan A, B and C –
Drink 1.5 letters of water – tea and coffee/fizzy drinks don’t count!
Eat good quality protein at every meal – Reduce the rubbish food or alcohol (sorry) after 8pm. I don’t know about you but evenings are my worst time for snacking!

Plan A – For those with less time or who feel they may not be be ready for anything too intense.
Repeat each workout below once a week (making it 2 weight workouts a week and ).
Do a brisk 30 min walk on the days you don’t do a workout.
Have one rest day.


Plan B – For those who would like to push themselves but feel they ne
Complete both of the weights workouts, as well as repeating one of your choosing each week (making it 3 weights workouts a week).
Do the Tabata once a week.
Do a brisk 30 min walk on days you don’t do a class.
Allow one days rest.


Plan C – For those going for it!! Maybe you’re wanting to feel your best for a holiday, or give yourself a kick start.
Complete each workout twice a week (4 weight workouts a week)
If you get chance do the Tabata workout once a week, but weights take priority.
Do a brisk 30min walk daily.
Have one days rest.

    • Hi Cherry, I am enjoying it! I started Saturday and so far have done workout 1 twice and just completed workout 2. It’s the most motivated I have been to exercise in a long time. Thanks to you and the team for making it fun and making it count. Wishing you safe travels, Emma x
