Yes. The programmes are designed with beginners in mind and focus on safe, controlled movements. Exercises can be adapted to suit your current fitness level, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace.


When taught properly, strength training is one of the best things you can do to support joint health, balance, bone strength and overall confidence in movement. All exercises are demonstrated with good form and safety in mind.


You can start with the basics of a resistance bands and two dumbbells (what weights feels ok for you to start with will be individual) if you are new to exercise, we suggest starting with 2 x 2 Kg.

We suggest you don’t do your weights on consecutive days. So you may do say Mon – Weds Fri or Tues Thurs Sat

Yes. All programmes are suitable for home training. You just need enough space to move safely and comfortably.


Many women join because they are worried about joint pain or past injuries. While this programme is not medical treatment, exercises are designed to be joint-friendly and focus on proper technique. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before starting.


Once you join, you will receive login details to access the Members Area on the website. From there, you can view your programmes and weekly workouts anytime, on any device.


Yes. You can manage your membership and billing through your account area at any time. There are no long-term contracts.


Yes. Strength training is highly recommended during and after menopause to help support muscle mass, bone health and overall wellbeing. The programmes are designed with these changes in mind.


Completely. Many women feel unsure when returning to exercise or trying something new. The programmes are designed to build confidence gradually, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace.
