Yes. The programmes are designed with beginners in mind and focus on safe, controlled movements. Exercises can be adapted to suit your current fitness level, and you are encouraged to move at your own pace.
When taught properly, strength training is one of the best things you can do to support joint health, balance, bone strength and overall confidence in movement. All exercises are demonstrated with good form and safety in mind.
You can start with the basics of a resistance bands and two dumbbells (what weights feels ok for you to start with will be individual) if you are new to exercise, we suggest starting with 2 x 2 Kg.
