Don't miss a session with Cherry Baker fitness. I feel so much stronger and move differently when picking up heavy stuff and gardening. After completing the beginners course, I had to buy heavier weights, which is a testament to how well this women's strength training method works. I'm about to buy heavier weights again. Thank you for offering this; you can factor it into your day and not beat yourself up if you miss a session—just shut the door and join in. I love every session!

I started classes with Cherry Baker fitness last September (2024) and have been continuing on since. I had bought a kettlebell 10 years ago, and it had become a doorstop collecting dust!
